Position Overview:
We’re seeking an energetic and motivated telemarketer to join our team. This role is focused on booking annual review appointments for the agent, sales manager, and our sales team. If you’re positive, driven, and believe in the value of protecting families through insurance, this could be the right fit for you. The position may be remote for the right candidate.
Part-Time: Monday-Thursday, 2-7PM

Responsibilities:
- Call and schedule annual review appointments for the agent, sales manager, and sales team (10 team members total).
- Manage calendars to ensure schedules are coordinated efficiently.
- Provide friendly and professional communication with clients.
- Keep accurate notes and maintain follow-up records.
Requirements:
- Outgoing, energetic, and positive personality.
- Strong phone communication and people skills.
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple schedules.
- Belief in the value of insurance and helping families through annual reviews.
- Previous telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
